• For hair cuts, please wash your hair before coming to the salon.

• For hair coloring, please do not wash your hair to retain your natural hair oil.

• If you have a chemical allergy, please let the stylist know.

• Please bring a picture of what particular color, style, or perm that you would like.

• Please be on time for your appointment. It will be appreciated by all.

• For cancelling or rescheduling appointments involving chemical-related services, we ask that you please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Please be patient. Processing time for some services can vary based on a customer’s hair texture, so sometimes more time is required.
